How do i put my own u boat logo on my conning tower or where ever i am lol

I've been wondering about this as well. I see "emblem = none" on my boat description. I was wondering how/when/where you can place a logo.

Do a patrol or two, sink some tonnage and then check the boat setup when you are back at base. Under the Specials heading you will find emblems. I think at first you can only use the emblem of your current flotilla. Later you will have access to all the emblems.
You can add your own emblem to the SubEmblems folder, inside Silent Hunter/Data/Emblems.

Using photo shop with a targa file set to 64x64new file using resolution 72! Then save to the ship emblems file,once your able to use the emblems in the game ,you'll find it in the choices under specials in the ship desk between missions!

it would be great if these could be seen in the multiplayer!! unless they can? although i havnt seen any so far.

No because you cant edit your own ship in multi.
