Chessmaster will not launch

I just purchased and installed Grandmaster Edition from DVD-ROM to a PC running XP. After installation, the program ran the auto-update successfully. When I launch the program it plays the intro movie then crashes (the usual Windows screen -- Chessmaster: Grandmaster Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.) I read your forum and disabled the intro movie, same problem.

Do you have the latest service packs for Windows installed, as well as the latest drivers for your video card, sound card, etc.?

I found an update for my Lenovo PC video driver, installed it, and now the program launches correctly. Thanks!
