CD key

Hey i recently bought assassins creed brotherhood and i logged in and put my cd key in. I had to reformat, ive installed the game again on steam and tryed logging in with that same username and it asks for a CD key!?! I put the CD key in anyway and it says KEY BINDING FAILED This Key has been used Already?

I only have this ubi account so thats clearly impossible, my key should be binded to that account, can anyone help me here? this is an error in there systems not mine.

Hmmm......This sounds strange. Don't know, If you are using the SAME registered account, then you should not get this CD-KEY message, imo ?

Indeed - as long as your signing in with the same account, it should not be asking for a CD Key - since it's already used and linked to your account.


If you are using the correct Ubi account and the details are correct and are still getting the error message, please contact Ubisoft Support for further help and advice.
