My "install activation key" wont work... PLEASE HELP

ok so i install it and i try to activate it by puting in the key that is inside the box... it wont work (saying cd key invalid) when i looked in my friends box our cd-keys were the same... its confusing, it wont work at all how did you guys get yours to work... HELLPP ME PLEASE

The numbers below the first line are NOT repeat NOT part of the dvd key!
Just the first five groups of five 5 numbers are!
Leave 681953-stk out of the sequence!
