Are you guys aware of these other games?
Pacific Fighters was for PC only.
Heroes of the Pacific was well slept on.
Blazing Angels is like HotP but is more land-based.
All are published by Ubisoft.
Sorry if this topic was done before.

Don't forget I-L2, Forgotten Battles, and Lock On. I'm thankful that at least Ubi is still willing to publish these kind of games.

And why they slept on Heroes of the Pacific is beyond me. It is a great game. Hey UBISoft, you should re-release Heroes now, tie in with Angels. Online play is way up, with more every day. Clans are forming, especially at The Tempest Union (http://s15.invisionfree.com/TTU/index.php), where we have already started our Blazing Angels PC and Xbox Squadrons.
We thought there were glitches in HotP, man, nothing like this. Won't be much use for a squad without joysticks. There is a market for Hybrid Arcade Flight Games.
And why is the Heroes Forum (http://www.heroesofthepacific.com/forum/) shunted off by itself in Hyper space, and not part of the greater UBISoft community?
Once the PC joystick issue is solved, proficiency at Blazing Angels would cross right over to Heroes of the Pacific.

That's cool. I wasn't aware that HoTP was just now "getting going". Looks like I picked a good time to try and renew my interest in flying games.
And i'm still a bit pissed about the joystick issue with BA. *sigh* But whatcha gonna do? Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon...
