You then must already have the Serpent Sword that activates the turnstile lever in the Central Hall.

Return to the Central Hall.
From the Sacrificial Altar (Past), go to the time warp portal to go to the Southern Passage (Present).
The Dahaka will chase you to another time warp portal room to get to the Fortress Entrance (Past).

Follow the map to the Central Hall.
