I would like to know as I do not have a US 360 and currently living in the US.

Um i think that would depend on whether your 360 is NTSC or PAL?. I think the Americans are NTSC though so check your Xbox? I mean im guessing here as your post is not that specific...

If he doesn't have a US 360, then he has a PAL 360. As he now lives in US, the game must be region free for him to be able to play it.
As for OP question. I'm not certain, but many ubisoft games seem to be region free nowadays. Both avatar and ac2 were regionfree. So was PoP and H.A.W.X. So there's no reason Conviction wouldn't be region free.

well when people but if u have an xbox from the states then you need to buy he game from there cuz theyll both be NTSC

Actually I have a jp 360. Thats nice to know many of Ubi games are region free.
Would like to have a confirmation though before I buy.
