I am looking for a good coop campaign to play with my four housemates. Prefferably flying a Bf-109 (anything upto and including G2), Zero (early war) or IL-10 (lots of fun ground pounding!). Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you've got (or can install) DCG

I'd recommend "Mareth Line" by Soda.

Well I've been trying DCG now for quite a while and I have to say I am thoroughly underwhelmed. The help files are useless :S It says to click a start button while neither DCG nor IL-2 has a start button. Wonderfull. Does anyone know of a fully step by step tutorial on how to start a auto generated DCG COOP campaign?

Although not exactly what you requested plane-wise, I might recommend

Desert Co-Op Mini (http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=30), loosely based on Derek Robinson's "A Good Clean Fight" and/or

The Filthy Few (http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=13) both by Dubbo and available at Mission 4 Today.
