Can one eliminate crew fatigue?

Hi. In Gamespot's review of the game they said that it would be simple to take away crew fatigue by just editing some text files. Does anyone know how to do this?

There is a "No Fatigue Mod" in sh3 download section of http://www.subsim.com - Apparently it does'nt remove fatigue completely but gives your crew a bit more staying power.

Hi. In SilenthunterIII/data/config there's basic.cfg with all the crew data near the top. There's settings for fatigue and moral to change for each rank, should be fairly self explanatory.
