basically, what im saying is that my "w" key is somehow sticking in all these games. in vice city and splinter cell the w key is used to move forward, so im stuck moving forward. and in vice city, when im pressing "s", it stops me from going forward but I don't reverse like im supposed to.

This like happens in all 3RD person games, well not all of em i think, but any other game like, first person some other stuff, its fine, its just for these games (gta3,vice,splinter cellgames)

If any 1 could tell me what to do to fix this ill worship you

Does it also happen when you're typing?

try unplugging any joystick or gamepad you have.

It's a problem with the keyboard, and in fact most keyboards. If you press more then 4 keys that share the same row/column, and release them. The first one to be released does not register a release. To solve it, just press W again.

If you have a joystick be sure to remove it,

read this, it might help explain why your keyboard is doing it.
