Where is the patch?

So with all these issues (mainly joystick/controller support) on PC already popping up right after release, and the sudden lack of any developer response regarding these issues, I have to ask:

Where is the patch? Because if the game isn't patched within the next 2 days (read: playable with a controller), I am returning this unplayable paper weight back to the store where I bought it from.

I have plenty of things I can use for paper weights Ubisoft, but I wasn't prepared to pay $50 for a new one. Again, if the game isn't patched within 2 days I'll be getting my money back and you've lost another customer.

Iread further on in this forum and the developers have posted a reply that the patch is imminent. It seems that the game was NOT supposed to leave UBI until the patch had been downloaded onto the disc. But unfortunately, some boxes got out of the factory BEFORE the patch was downloaded. Keep an eye on the UBISOFT website in the next few days for the patch.
