Thank you for the suggestions, although we can't guarantee they will be in the final version of the game. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Playing snowboarding games to classical music can be a very odd experience. Oh, and old Christmas songs too. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
As for me, I will me mostly listening to...this. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cscZeUqxxM&feature=related)

I think what they should do is, they should have some songs in the game. And you should be able to put whatever tracks you like through your ps3/360 w/e, so if clickclickdirt wants to listen to his slipknot then he listens to his slipknot, and if I want to listen to my Jonas Brothers I will. (I'm obviously joking about the Jonas Bros but you get my point)

i hope that the game developers have looked at some of the recent snowboarding vids for soundtrack ideas like 'catch the vapours' or 'picture this'. if a song like 'lex' by ratatat is in the game id probably have kittens.

I would also like some classic rock like Led Zeppelin (not happening), Aerosmith, Rush, Rolling Stones, and Queen. Video games now have too much cRap.

Haha, thanks. Found some other ones earlier today that would make me wanna go ride.
- Ra Ra Riot: Dying is Fine
- Pony Pony Run Run: First Date Mullet
- Of Montreal: Suffer for Fashion
- Spoon: The Underdog
These are also some fine tunes to relax, lay back and maybe, just maybe, hit some huge kickers or epic boxes. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

dam you have got a very similar taste in music to me. i get alot of my music from snowboard videos and they are all generally electronic or rap groups with the occasional alternative rock group. do you like:
cut copy
shiny toy guns
the bravery
the sounds
south
paola
ming and ping
cloud cult?
this is just a fraction of what will be playing on my ipod while im shredding.

Hey I am feeling some classic rock, but everything has to be upbeat though, I would really like to hear a little bit of everything since we all know there will be rap/rock/metal http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I agree with you P-DRIZZL3 classic rock all the way... they said in the demo that they had from classic rock to rap to electronic so they should have quite a setlist

Only know a few of those. I'll YouTube the others, maybe I do like 'em. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
Oh, and SWSB really needs some slow numbers, Just like EA Skate got 'The Funeral'. Slow songs some times make things look stylisher, why? idk.

I think a good variety is nice, but not too much rap/hip-hop. Just a little, and definitely not any kind of death metal or scream-o music. It's snowboarding. I heard this song that would be AWESOME! It's perfect.
Ministra by Senor Flavio
It would be perfect to board to!
mrtnlol

Definitely some Postal Service would be nice.
Just like alice in videoland and some mount sims.
I love that music when I'm riding the park or powder.
Frou Frou - Must be dreaming is a cool song for powder aswell.
Some hiphop for change but no too much. Mike Jones would be alright http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.
Thermostatic - So Close So Near is a nice song so I'd like to hear that one aswell.
When I think about it pretty much any music would be OK as long as it's not metal or crap like that. That just doesn't fit the snowboard scene.

I think it would be awesome for your rider to have an MP3 player and to be ale to make playlists on it based on your mood.
Surely custom soundtracks is a somewhat must since we all seem to listen to such different music when snowboarding.

I really do not want any of those bands in the game. System of a down and korn and things like that are too crazy. Classic rock much better. Or just watch some snowboard videos and look what music is in there. Personally I would like some old rap songs and Indie rock and classic rock like Ac/Dc

Yeh I don't mind rockin out a bit, but you've got to have a bit of mellow in there too, reggae or something!

I cant tell you how awesome it was to put some of my favourite tracks to playlist, it makes a really big difference to gameplay, i can tell you that. Had to go to real mountains later that day. I added some zilled beats and that made ithttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

The game needs some:
AC/DC
ZZTop
more Blue oyster Cult; Godzilla would be a good choice!
Dougiedeadflats
12-12-2008, 11:29 AM
I would like some Dead Kennedys
adrenalize11973
12-13-2008, 02:06 AM
always always got goldfinger and mad caddies on the playlist.....along with some thrashy stuff...killswitch engage, adema and metallica !! also plenty of old skool hip hop.....beastie boys and public enemy rock !!! but i will say the bigger ur playlist the longer the game takes to get started coz of queing all the songs into the game.....be patient!!! keep it real ppl......peace http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/metal.gif
