Problem playing via Internet - waiting for other players

Hello

I have this annoying problem... When I'm in the game i often have this "error" "Waiting for xxx player" - sometimes often, smoetimes from time to time - but at the end it's not very playable :/ I don't have any network problems with other games, and I don't know solution for my problem :/

P.S. The online games are played on "UBISoft servers" or we-re connecting "peer2peer " ?
