Just got a response to my crashing after the UBI logo.
They will not be releasing a patch (ever) for the game to be compatible with any other video cards.
Just heads up to who ever needs to know that.

Sure Ubisoft, ignore the mess and it will go away.

While I can get behind alot of the valid complaints here on these boards about the game. Your's isn't one of them.
Why would you buy a game without checking the hardware reqs if you're on such a low-end system?
Avoidable problem on your end with a bit of research.

because the original requirements changed after release.
To add most of the people complaints are more than likely related to this problem. Its funny I can run any other game on the market but can run a game from UBI lol.

This is slightly idiotic, they make a game and sell it for 14$ with from what i've seen a large anticipation and fanbase. And yet when i bought this, there was nothing in the system requirements saying my on-board intel graphics card wouldn't be compatible. Now after digitally downloading, and being unable to play, someone says there is never going to be an update allowing me to play?
Either this is a very uncool trolling or there is something seriously EDIT up at ubisoft. A patch to allow the lower 30-45% of gamer's to play would be a large boost to this games selling point. Its a 14$ game, i shouldn't have to have a 500$ or better system to be able to play. A simple utility patch, that may take a week or less to write and employ would do the trick and youd have 30-45% more people playing.
Now these are arbitrary numbers but i know many people who play games like minecraft, world of tanks, Eve, WoW and Rift who have worse systems than i do. and they would all love to play this game were it not for the limited graphics cards..
I know i wont be getting my money back, and im not looking for it, but i damn sure wont be buying another ubisoft game for a long time to come if there isn't even an attempt to let the rest of us who want to play, play.
Edit: on a side note it seems like ubisoft could have made it more clear about the cards before hand. BEFORE everyone with $14 lying around bought the game, half of whom would be disappointed, and out $14. Just seems like a EDIT way to run a game company.

not trolling man 100% true. They said intel cards were supposed to work with this game, they do not. So i tried with my gaming computer and I dont have a $300 upgraded graphic card. Pretty crappy! One good thing has come out of this though, I will never purchase another UBI game again. I dont care if Battlefield 3 was released by UBI I still would not buy it. Thanks UBI I hope your company crashes and burns.

what i really dont understand is why ubi, a huge multi million pound company can make a game and then say its impossible for a game to work on all the diffrent bits of hardware out there when indie companys seem to find said activity perfectly possible. either something is wrong here or someone opened the god dammed box.
that said this is the perfect opertunity for some third party patching. i await your succsess with much anticipation.

It's simple, some hardware (usually onboard graphic chips) don't support the features needed . If they don't support the features needed, they can't path in the necessary code to the graphic chip, if it doesn't support it.
