It's gonna suck when you are playing co-op with a headset and your parent/spouse/significant other yells at you to take a break and alerts the enemy guard...

Lol, I thought I was the only one who's parent yells at them to get off/take a break from the games.

There's a keymapping, IIRC, for the "Co-Op Chat" toggle... it would seem from that that you transmit only when you are holding the button.

That could get annoying if you want to talk to your partner while running or shooting...

yes...if you talk to loud on the headset the terrorists will hear it just like when you make a noise with sam.thats intensely innovative to me. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Yeah, plus on the xbox version's co-op the co-op button takes the place of the whistle button, so you have to shout in order to distract enemies.

solution press the mute button on your headset so you wont alert anyone

For anyone with noisy housemates, consider it a new gameplay element. It's not your wife, or children squeeling like sea creatures, it's the voices in your head. All the rigors and isolation of espionage have taken it's toll. The voices of those you have killed weighed heavy on your conscience, and they talk to you... they talk so loud... everyone else can hear them too. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Of course a spy with voices like that wouldn't have a job anymore, but that's aside. It's a video game. Kill some more and make the voices louder!

Buy a decent mouse and use the extra buttons on the side of the mouse. Like the mx510, my talk button in ventrilo (which I always leave on) is mouse4, right where my thumb rests on the mouse.
