As some of you may or may not know the Tangmere pilots are made up of No1 and No601 squadrons(RAF) we are usually to be seen en-masse in hyperlobby on tuesdays, fridays and sundays,we will be soon starting out third virtual squadron
no145 and so we need good men to fill our ranks.
we run a four week induction comprising of four mission with a short flight test and oral exam based on our operating handbook.we fly one career mission a week on sundays at 21:00hrs gmt which we expect everyone to attend unless a good reason is given and fly during the week as an option!although most of us do!

our career mount is the hurri mk1 and we are currently recreating the battle of france and soon we will be flying the retreat from dunkirk and evetually the BoB.
so if you have the right stuff then follow the link to our website and have a look for yourself, the njust fill out the application form

see you in the skies!

Virtually speaking,if you RAF types get yourself down to your local Recruitment Office you'll be through OTU and at dispersal for the big one on 10th May '40. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Also some of our well connected chaps have arranged an ongoing virtual Battle of Britain campaign against some of our LW friends.Last week's bash saw us lose a couple of Hurris and the Heinkels reached their target /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif covered by well flown 109s but we took a toll and the Messers which made it back did so deadstick.

queue up - flamerinoes four, sizzle, sizzle wonk.....
