SEA OF OKHOTSK-ICE FLOE - 100% Score.

I've looked for this information here but I couldn't find it so here goes my question.

How can I get 100% score in this mission? It seems like I have to take half of the soldiers in the mission out in other to complete the Main Objective.

I have gone all the way to the Bridge and the crates are moved only after you take care of the Bridge crew so I did that. After that, I followed the captain and took care of only him but now I've received a message saying that I still need to take care of the rest of the crew and I know that killing or knocking enemies down take a toll on the score.

How do I do it?
