energy not showing up

lately i have been playing the energy powerup games and then when i go to use them a lot of them are not showing up in my items. what's going on? it's getting really frustrating.

The key to receiving your energy is waiting until after the game has finished to click away. Wait for the screen to load that shows you which size coffee you earned, after 3 or so seconds, then click away.

i have been waiting until i actually need them to use them when i have 2 or 3 saved up and go into my items and there will be 1 sometimes none at all

You are likely subject to server errors like the rest of the CSI population. If you earn a coffee and then experience a server error later in that play session, it is likely that the game will fail to realize that you ever actually received a coffee in the first place. This is definitely an unfortunate circumstance that we are aware of and are planning on fixing ASAP. We apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.

I have read of others not receiving their expected awarded energy, but have not had problems until today. Twice in a row after the energy boost, I was not awarded any coffee. There was no server error message. I even reloaded the game and still no coffee? Is that yet another new glitch? I have already solved all the puzzles and am just going back to 100% fill the squares for each case to find all the memorabilia. It already is taking forever, but is even worse when we are not awarded our energy. I have spent lots of time here at CSI, but will easily abandon the game if things like this continue as it is not worth the frustration. Besides, my tools and equipment are about as good as they are going to get as I REFUSE to pay to play a game! I have been playing Wheel of Fortune for a long time and I can continue to advance without having to pay!

I have been playing CSI and my energy that I won on the challenges is not showing up I just won 3 times it was medium coffee and it did not show up can you please fix this problem also been haveing problem getting my energy to load

I suspected this was happening and I thought it was me going nuts!
