Transform Objects

Hello,
how can I transform objects. I mean I want to change the proportions of an occluder like in the video tutorial but it's still quadratally and not rectangular. I want to make it fit into the window-frame.

Change your coordinate system from World to Local and then scale the object in any axis you want. To see the scale gizmo go to View->Gizmo->Scale gizmo.
