A static campaign, yes. Just move the mission files (.mis) and properties files (.properties) from the campaign folder where they sit (....IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles\Missions\Campaign\{nationality}\{campaign type}... ) to a single mission folder for the same nationality and relevant aircraft type (or non-relevant, as long as you remember where you put them) and they'll be available in the single missions menu.
Similarly if you move them to a coop folder they can be flown as multiplayer missions, though if the host wants to fly anything other than the flight lead position he'll have to edit things in the Full Mission Builder so he has a choice. If you're going in to the editor you may also want to mess with the briefing and retune it for multiplayer.
For the DGen campaigns you can fly them single player but only after they've been created during the course of flying the campaign, so it would be more like replaying them in single player mode rather than just jumping the early missions and going straight to the one you want...<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
