yes but in Vegas 1 you could lower the voice volume. the only problem is that it lowers every voice so you can't hear team mates, etc.

These are supposed to be para-military terrorists, they wouldn't be arguing over who is going to cover who, they would just cover! I'd hate to think that they have all this equipment yet they have the equivilant training of a 12-year-old paintballer. Who's organizing these guys? Even al-Qaida and those *EDIT* terrorists from 3rd-world countries have some form of combat training. This game is a joke!
