There is one way to unlock the rest of the games in RRR, and that is to play through the rest of the days just like you played through the two first...
It's been a while since I played it, but I think you have to defeat at least three normal games per day and the one in the big gate in the middle to procceed.

Although if you finish all 4 of the normal minigames in one day you get a reward, like a costume or some music for your prison cell.

Yes, I am stupid in video game, because I didn't play video game for more than 25 years that I am not update to the rules of nowaday's video games. The only game I play before this is Wii Sport. I am not a "game boy"...
