Hi
I’ve had a question/idea in the back of my mind for a while and just wanted to run it by y’all and see what you think. I’m not that familiar with the FMB yet..

Is it possible or practical to create a dogfight mission having ALL of the objects available in the FMB, ships on water, armor and vehicles on roads, trains, etc. on one map? I realize that there could not be any moving objects in a dogfight mission, everything would be static.

The purpose for such a dogfight mission is simply to have a testing ground and ground attack practice mission for any aircraft in the game, to use any ordinance that it can, on any object in the game.

Now with a coop mission you could have moving objects but then the mission could only fly a limited number of aircraft, so a dogfight mission is the only way to do if I’m correct..

So just wondering if this could be done before I dive into this..

Thanks much.

too many static objects = lag, no matter what system you run! I know this through experience, dont go over the top...

Further, 20 of the same object is much less of a problem than 20 different single objects. The first case uses a lot less memory than the second.
