Sound options screen?

I'm an avid player of all the splinter cells and own them all for my xbox, I've just updated my collection by buying both a copy of Double agent for the 360 and a brand new 360 to play it on (now I'm totally broke! lol)

However I haven't played it much yet as I can't find the sound options screen anywhere???

I had a quick go but I really can't stand this kind of music, where do I turn it off?
