Games that are going to be as good (or better) as homm5

Only 3 other games (i think) will be as good or better then homm5 that is comming out this year:

1. Mortal Kombat: Armageddon
new airial combat, about 60 characters, kreate-a-fighter, new style of play for konquest mode, chooseable/custom fatalities, and a new mode that hasnt been announced yet

2. Crysis
1 word...
GRAPHICS

3.Halo 3
sequal to Halo 2 which is sequal to Halo. both are great and has great gameplay and story. the Halo 3 trailer doesnt show much, but you know that the game will be good because its... HALO!

Well, a lot of great games are different genres than HoMM, so that makes it tough for me to compare....if I had to choose a couple, I'd say:

-Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Has potential to revive the series which has been suffering lately. *cough*windwaker*cough*

-Dark Messiah! lol

-Super Paper Mario (Starting to sound like a Nintendo fanboy perhaps http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif but these are the platform games that I have always loved)

Those are the only real ones I can think of offhand. I know there are more that have potential, I just can't remember.

Supposedly it will be released for both. It will have special features (controller/sword slashing and such) on the Wii, but it will come out a little earlier for the GC, according to Gamespot.

Windwaker was likeable but I couldn't fully appreciate it because of the graphics, sorry cell-shaded or whatever just isn't my thing.

Link's Awakening, eh? That's one of two I haven't played. Gameboy ones aren't a good representation of the series, IMO, at least the early ones. Ocarina of Time for N64 was the best, really. But there have been other good ones, like the very first one for NES.

If I had to choose 3 games with all versions and expansions to play 4 the rest of my life they would be: The Sims, The Elder Scrolls and Heroes.

for me it's Warcraft, DK2 (Dungeon Keeper 2; it's very old game with very very cool idea. like i say ; there're strategic games and there're Heroes and DK because these games are specific from all other strategies, but not even similar) and Heroes.

there is a new game in the triumph studios, but it seems that gona be for console

the space rangers creators are thinking in a new game "space time" or something like

but now the best looking game is Rise of Leyends, no doubt
