Most exclusive content for games across various consoles and genres, will have the code on a slip of paper inside the game case itself, where the instruction manual often is.

its not there... but on the shipping tracking it says that the game ans the "keychain" shiped and the cards are back ordered could it be the cards?

I pre-ordered online from Gamestop and had it delivered. They sent me the Harlequin code in an email on Monday when the shipped the game.

Most things that get shipped, from what I've seen here, include either a code in the game box, or you get it in an email.

Check with the place you ordered from.
