How in the heck do you get the command prompt up? Usually ~ or a combination of Ctrl, Alt, ~. I want to get the Frames Per Second displayed. Thanks for the help in advance.

you have to edit the BIA.ini file, where it says concoule=0 switch the 0 in to 192 and save, then while in the game hit the ~ button and it should work. This was posted in General PC dissusion board.
