A couple of things first, what game are you trying to use it on. Secondly and just as importantly, what platform are you using, as the G25 can be used on the PS2/PS3 and PC.

With your hands and feet?
More information would help. I recently upgraded from a g25 to a g27. Haven't had any problems with either.
