Anno 1404 Venice Upload Failed

Hello Ubisoft,
I reinstalled Anno 1404 Venice a week ago and everything worked fine. I also could use my online profile, but today when I wanted to play online again it said; download failed. I reinstalled the game again and tried to log-in with my online account but now it says; upload failed. What do I need to do to go online again?
