When I go to this site, it tells me that "We couldn't retrieve your game data." and suggests that I use the ingame Uplay service from the pause menu - however, the ingame option has a grey lock on top of it and won't let me select it. So far, yourshapecenter.com has been a pretty big disappointment. Can you help me move past this stage?

Are you logged into your Xbox Live account when trying to access Uplay within the game?

Yah, I feel a little silly now.
My xbox had stopped connecting to my wireless, so I was not logged into Live. Once I got that fixed, it let me get get connected to UPlay.

The game has been released for almost 2 months now, yet there is still one achievement that is impossible to get. Do you have any clue when the events will occur? Is Ubisoft aware that there is an achievement still impossible to get?

I created an Xbox Live account, and I went into the game and set up a Uplay account. When in game I can connect to UbiSoft, though that doesn't seem to actually give much information. I certainly can't find anything related to my challenges or daily progress.

So I come to the yourshapecenter.com site, and click on "Track Your PROGRESS" on the left. It takes me to a screen that says "Register Your Shape" and then "We couldn't retrieve your game data". I click on "Your Shape Centre Access" in the upper left corner. That takes me to a login screen, with blue background and "Your Shape Center" at the top and "Login to Ubisoft".

Nothing that I do there seems to log me in correctly. I can't use my Uplay account info, nor my Xbox info, nor my info that is presumably my UbiSoft account at this site (what I use to get access to this forum).

To top it all off, the Capcha (the thing that supposedly gives voice words or text words that you have to type into the two text fields to prove that you are a person) doesn't work, either in FireFox or IE. Clicking on the little icons by it that is supposed to trigger a JavaScript doesn't do anything. So I seem to be totally unable to log in. I can't even get it to give me instructions about setting the password because the Capcha is broken!

Has anyone actually gotten any of this to work? If so, some details would be appreciated!

Still doesn't work for me. I have all the accounts set up, can log in everywhere, see my friend in game, etc, but in the website if I try to add friends or do a compare I get either 1) pushed out to the yourshape login page, pushed out to the ubisoft page where it asks for my birthdate or an error message that says "Translation Missing: linkApp_text"

No luck comparing for me either.

I get a "Translation Missing:linkApp_text" error. I'm currently not logged into xBox Live on my xBox. Would that be why?

One thing I'm noticing with the compare feature is when you have more friends than the screen can handle (in both firefox and ie) some friend icons wrap upward underneath the flash nagivation icon/buttons for "DashBoard", "Leaderboard & Events", "Challenges & Goals" and "Compare Stats" thus making them unselectable.

I was able to get my sons accounts working but for my wife and I who both registered online first it shows that "Your Friendslist Translation Missing: FriendsEmpty".

I am guessing there is some flaw in registering online first rather than through Your Shape while playing the game. Strange thing is I linked my XBox friends online and in the game it shows the people I am linked to but I can't set up challenges with my wife or others on the ubi.com website.

yeah I'm having the same problems, my profile is linked but it can't load my friends so I can't create any challenges. Really making me mad because I friended like 4 strangers just for the purpose of doing the challenges but I can't do it.

EDIT: I just figured it out. I logged out of the website, then I went back to the login page and it gave me the option of logging in with my Window's Live Mail account, so I did, then you have to login AGAIN using your ubisoft screenname and even though it told me it couldn't load my game data, my friends are now there when I go to my profile.

I can set goals for myself and see all of my data but none of my friends show up. Is this just me?

I set a challenge of 100 calories, didn't choose any friends (none were listed) , named it, wrote a description (just called it and described it as "100 calorie challenge") - then loaded up the game - did ONE game of block smashing on easy (burned 7 cal only). And the achievement unlocked!

It works, you should try it if the achievement is what you are after.
