I signed up voor Uru-Live in 1 month ago, but still waiting.
I want to know if my 'free' subscription is activated when i'm getting an invitation or that it is already activated while i'm still waiting to get into the game.

That would put your subscription date on, or around Nov. 14-15th?

Actually, if I understand what I've read about this, your month of "free subscription" won't start until after the Prologue is over.

The Prologue (what is going on now and requires an invite) is a testing period to iron out some final bugs before Uru Live is released.

I registered on 11/14, and I got my invitation for the Prologue yesterday. The prologue is another beta test, and doesn't count against your 30 day free trial. If they get things done on schedule, the Prologue will run until February 15th (this is when it says your subscription ends right now), then the actual game will start and you start your free 30 days. After that you'll have to pay whatever the monthly fee winds up being.
