error on ubi start up :RS;

hey i have been playing raven shield for about 1 day now and i wanted to play online so i got punk buster i got all the patches 1.56 and 1.60 all installed and my account carz101 and when i tried to load up ubi all it came up with was

"Can't download settings file :

http://gsconnect.ubisoft.com/gsinit.php?user=&dp=GSCLIENT1.1

i dont know what to do i have tried everything uninstalling ubi downloading the patches again it just dont help so can anyone please help me

hey im carz's mate i helped him do this cos i alread y have it all set up and yeh it works in-game browser but not on the ubi programe

Okay not sure why it doesn't work but good you could help him out. I have never used the UBI.com software, don't know if it can be updated or somthing.

Ya, that program is buggy. I never use it either.
