I think we have been mislead on this game. It has not preformed to the ability of what Ubisoft has claimed. They need to fix the problem or recall the game and provide the customer with a refund. This is consumer fraud and could start a law suit against them.

I totally agree with you. However as most of the posts on here would seem to be from the States i would like to hear from those in the U.K. and the problems they have had.
Also if anybody has returned the game for a refund have they been able to do so or have people had any feedback from ubisoft.
