I own the 360 version, so if any of you out there could help me that'd be great...
Why is is that if I try to perform anything that the developers did in the "deception" video, it doesn't work?
For example, I purchased the Springfield and an accuracy upgrade (so full accuracy). I happened upon an enemy camp, scoped and shot an enemy in the ankle, EXACTLY like the video. The enemy kind of grunted, some blood came out, like he got hit, but he kept running around like it was freaking Doom I was playing. Now the whole camp knows where I am. This happened to me 3 TIMES! Is it just the Springfiled that does this? I believe the devs were using the Dragunov.
Finally, with IED's, aside from putting them on enemy vehicles (which is impossible to do without being spotted, as you need 2 vehicles, one to drive away in, for them to actually chase you with a vehicle. This means, you must actually drive up to the camp.), what else are they good for? There doesn't seem to be a whole heck of a lot of places to put them.
Finally, can someone explain to me why the Carl Gustav is a guided rocket in this game? It's a recoiless rifle. The shells it fires aren't even rocket propelled. Is there some other version of it I don't know about in RL?
