Does anyone else think that when you sneak around and are about to do a speed kill, you should be able to hear the guards having random conversations? Those of you who played "jet li: rise to honor" know what im talking about, when you have to hit the guards. I think that the game could've had a lot of funny moments if they did that.

talking guards....um....well......not a bad idea to be honest, the guards of WW were talking, the ones of T2T did talk but i have to say what they said was very limited (in both games), no various sentences were in their dialogs. Maybe they should have added a system where all guards would communicate to each other, i dont know anything extra would have been good......

Talking guards like in Thief 3 would be ace...man they were great. It doesn’t only give you an idea where the guard is at, but it also adds a character to the enemy and gives you something to listen to when you are trying to get closer and stab his back http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I didn't really like the enemy dialogue in TTT - hearing a sand monster complaining about guard duty just feels out of place...

The dialogue in WW was better, but those high-pitched voices just sounded stupid.

Personally I preferred the way it was in SoT, where the sand monsters are just mindless killing machines.

I like the arrogance of the sand creatures in WW. At first they start off by underestimating you and then when they get weakened they say stuf like: "I think I will need help" , "Can we talk this out?" "Call for reinforcements" "I understimated you my prince (that executioner ends every single sentence with "my prince" http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif )"

Hmmm, oh and there is also one line which I always get in WW, "avenge me my brothers".
Not that they ever succeeded though...http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/34.gifhttp://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/59.gifhttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

After he killed every single sand creature on the Island, I don't think so. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

Unless some of them went into hiding and then few weeks later came out and went: Ha ha! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif Now we will have our revenge. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/59.gif Wait...he's gone. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

I'm talking about like when your just about to do a speed kill and the guards don't know your there. to here them talking about stuff like there family or home or talk about the prince. Like "I heard the Prince has a split personality, little psycho." "I wonder why the vizer is so worried about this one guy?" "Man, when we get back to India I have to get another job to pay my rent" stuff like that, Ubi could have had some funny moments if they did that.

Yeah...they did that in JAKII...I found it to be pretty good. Definately better than the absolute silence of PoP.

Yeah! It would be cool to have the guards talking. As if they are bored of their patrol, and start having a little conversation with fellow guards, un-aware of the Prince sneaking around in the shadows... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/784.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/59.gif

I love in Rise to Honor, the guards start talking about one guards son.

"It's Billy's birthday next week...he wants that, "Rise to Honor" game.

"Oh yeah, I heard of that, it looks pretty good!"

"Yeah...but the wife won't let him get it because of his bad grades."

"Ah, Billy's a good kid, just buy him the game anyway..."

that was classic http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
