need help on the dam exteria opening flood gates in time..

hi guys/girls ,
Basically whatever I do ie kill all the bad guys in front or kill some of them then kill the two who sneak from behind to throw frags, then go to help my other guy ,even if i dont die I get that awfull " you did not open the gates in time " message!! its driving me crazy , I have tried all i can think off but to know avail, I looked as far back on the map as I could go to re-equipe as I have no frags or smoke etc,( as I feel that would help) but there is`nt one, I am well an truely stuck! and so close to the end, I really really need all your help to do this, props to anyone & all that can give me a tip etc that I havent heard & tried before, Please I am desperate its maddening!!!! help!!! thanks (Its Rainbow six vegas one on the 360 btw)

you have to do the switch twice

oh i just beat this on realistic recently, all u need to do is go to the control room, press a on the panel to get jung to tap into the computer, then send your other guy to wait for those guys to come out from under the shutter, whilst u should take out every one else, then u should progress, mind u dont count on your team mate noy going down in the process...
