I can't launch SCDA

i bought SCDA last week at Steam.

it 100% downloaded.
but still 'Download starting...'
maybe it try to download Patches or something..

i try to launch the game.
but the Steam says "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time."

how can I suppose to do??

I can't stand infinite 'download starting' anymore..

I would stop downloading then start again or you can STOP donwloading the hole thing and start over. I know I'm not very helpful but... you should try it
