CSI: Fatal Conspiracy [Archive]

I have a question. At the beginning of the year I downloaded (and paid for) CSI: Fatal Conspiracy. My computer recently crashed and I lost everything...including the game. Now it won't let me re-download.

There was never anything that told me if something happens I won't be allowed to re-download.

Does anyone know what I can do? I don't believe I should have to re pay for it

You will need to contact the retailer, if this was Ubisoft visit the store website and contact their support team.
