i need one....free ware preferrably.

i find a bunch that does MP3-WAV and vice-versa

but i need to find one that does other formats.

Might try this one, it has a free trial version.

yeah i have one right now that i'm using under the free trial.

but i was just wondering if anyone knows of one thats completely free.........and legal.

i have searched, but obviously to no avail

Have you tried Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)?

well i've thought about Audacity, but didn't think i could actually Save as to a different file extension.

will check it out though
