about ace kill

firstly i would like to apologize my lack of language and i feel like a noob while i am writing this topic.In campaign , a mission which is called "Eagle Day" , mission reguires an ace kill for the stolen engine plane.Well i did many ace kill on stolen engine plane but the mission fails all the time when i done ace kill.Before the mission it says something like "We can t hit the plane" , but mission reguires an ace kill for the stolen engine place.Can you help me?I ll be waiting your commends m8s.

You need to disable the plane, not shoot it down.

Get an Ace shot on either of the engines - but only one. Never go for the pilot.

I can get the rectile to like up and I press Q to get me in the ace kill mode, and as soon as it goes over an engine I press the control and it fires but misses...what am I doing wrong and do I have control over how it drifts?

I really can't get on this guy. I've very lucky if I can line up on him and usualy if I do it doesn't zoom in. I've seem him fly through an open hanger and even lead me into the side of aradio tower. The controls are so clumsy..HOP you could fly..thise all you do is over correct and hope you have a plane infront of you when it levels out.

What i don't uderstand is why I need to cae kill his engines. I can knock an engine out of a Do or a HE with standard guns. stupid mission.

This particular dude flies a very evasive course until he breaks over the coast, and then he makes a run for it...just hang with him until then and you should have JUST enough time to charge the 'stupid kill" and blast an engine before you run outta time...

try mapping your ace kill on to your joystick much easier. follow plane to sea he levels out. when you get him lined up press and hold ace kill button down then you move the rectile to an engine.
