Anyone else had a problem with this POS?
No instructions came with the package.
No support, no nothing.
It skips, stutters and fails.
Contacted MS, they want $60 per hour to talk
over the phone.

The problem resulution site is poor and their
fix did not work.

I smashed the POS into a million pieces and sent it back.

This is the hight of arrogance.
No support.
No instructions except on the web site.
But they want more than the POS costs
to talk.

Avoid this product!

I don't see the problem - other than blowing your money on a fun-sounding piece of catharsis http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/compsmash.gif

Google the title of your topic and there are pages of documentation, startup guides, drivers & software for this mouse.

If I spoke to Microsoft I'm not sure wtf I'd say for an hour? How many expletives can you fit into a minute @ $1.00? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

All the M$ mice I've set up have been good.
I'm surprised they didn't send a CD though. Very lax. But it's all up there on the web.....

better get the glue out http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

I've had this wireless laser mouse 6000 (mini one for laptop) for a couple years now and it's been flawless. Sorry for your luck mate.
