CD Key screen (wtf is it??!?!)

Anyone got an idea how to bring back the damn CD-Key screen before you login via. the game launcher? I've reinstalled it so many times it won't bring it back. Currently in discussion with Ubisoft Support but they seem to ask more questions than they give answers.

well if you've re-installed it won't it keep your CD-key?
Or maybe try to uninstall the game, reinstall the game launcher and then the game...
If that won't work try go ingame to extras and then cd key or something like this I don'tmremember, or special awards... just look for it, and insert the serial there.

Uninstall then got to programme files n delete any driver SF traces left behind then reinstall n it should ask for ur key again.

found out its a ubisoft/uplay account issue which is stopping me from playing online. Now im just waiting for ubisoft support to get back to me.
