Hello,

I can't connect to a server via All-Seeing-Eye.
When I try to connect, the game music plays, but
the screen is black and there's only the mouse-pointer visible.

Can someone help me, please ?

Sorry m8 after Patch 1.6 All Seeing Eye doesnt work!!, we are but a few who have adressed this but I think they dont care http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

As they said, UBI only cares about the money...

Yahoo, bought ASE by the way, so you can't expect normal customer service.

UBI has been leaving a trail of waste whereever they go lately.

Its a shame really cause all the features work with RVS, but you just cant join a server, its such a small thing and they dont seem to be interrested in hotfixing anything.

It's one of the things that drove me away from the game too when 1.6 came out. I live on campus at school and I'm behind a firewall which doesn't let me ping any of the servers in-game so I always used ASE to see what ping all the servers had. The inconvenience of not knowing the ping of every server i joined was enough for me to just quit the game and go play a much better game.. Counter Strike: Source. The firewall would also set my ping in-game to 1000 so even if i managed to join a server i still couldn't even see how good or bad the ping was until i played a few rounds. you might say to look at "stat net" but that ping isn't anywhere close to what your real one is.

Why not contact ASE? It is a third party program, not made or supported by UBI.
If TSO stopped working with 1.6, I'd be talking to them not UBI.
There were changes to the game with 1.6 that were important to stop the cheaters. With others in the community's help, it worked. It is going to be the responsibility of the Third party programmers to fix All Seeing Eye IMO.

I have posted on the ASE forum aswell as here, so hopefully they will do something about it, either if its UBI or ASE.... I hope!!

It's a UBI problem, that's why I said what I did earlier. ASE says there's nothing they can do.

That probabally means that whatever UBI had to do to stop the cheaters, interferred with ASE's ability to function. If that is the case I'm sure most would give up ASE to be at the state we are at now. That is only a guess. But I wouldn't be to hopeful for a resolution fron UBI at this point.
