Rock Lee is no doubt the best fighter in the game, due to his stats. Someone very skilled with Rock Lee could pretty much dominate with him.

for the "Easy to win / Rock Lee can beat anyone" Gaara can make him work for his kill very simple. Lvl 3 Armor Of Sand while still using his own Defence maknig the Armor last. Rock Lee is prety easy to use but if you dont know his combos and how to work them correctly then like the other guy said....youre nothing but a button masher
