Equipped weapons bug

Hello!
My problem is kinda annoying. After I equip (in my hideout) Sword of Altaïr and Butcher Knife and then use Tunnels to go to, for example, Rosa in Fiore, loading screen appears (Ezio standing in the middle of Animus) but instead of Sword of Altair and Butcher Knife I see previously used Captains Sword and Bone Dagger of Romulus...
It happens each time I use Tunnels...

so when you arrive at destination what weapons are you carrying ?

Captains Sword and Bone Dagger of Romulus...
I'm reinstalling ACB now, maybe it'll help...
