Well, another months competition is here for voting on and as usual, a lot of study to make a pick or two. So,as Pop-eye, "I calls um as I seeze um, cuz I yam wud I yam!"
1st place pick is for Tuddley3's "Watch out for flying debris". The explosion really does seem to be lit from within and I like the viewpoint or camera placement, plus economy with torpedo's insures that you will more likely have one when you need it.
2nd place pick is for Goose_Green's "Invisible Attacker". The middle of a convoy, the dark of the night, "Fire torpedo!" this was the intended first, best use of the U-boot, strike and retire, reload and repeat! Destroy the enemies will and ability to fight!
To Viking Granddad, Stingray, Carotio thanks for the positive strokes! It's good to know someone liked a shot here and there!
VG I'll get your vote yet!
And to Minoos, honorable mention for the "Grey Shades" shot. I liked the routine but still wary look of it and the almost total lack of color except for the snapping red battle flag.
