To me that just sounded like yet another ‘where is patch 3 it should be here now, the patch is late because Nival is working on the expansion instead’ post to me.

I think you got it perfectly, it looks like a random complaint about the lack of a patch (not necessarily 1.3). The post might even be quite old by now, since the expansion isn't mentioned, but the poster mentioned that according to the most recent edition of a gaming magazine, Nival released another buggy game (the one based on the Russian vampire film, something like Guardians of the Night or Nigh****ch IIRC).

I really don't think that's necessary. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif It sure wasn't a post from the German moderator or any of the German Ubisoft people.

Hello, people.

We're already more than halfway through the month (which was June when this was posted...) and we're still waiting for the new patch. I would appreciate some kind of official statement about why it is taking so much longer than scheduled. I know that it takes time to develop and test a patch, but when you plan to have a new patch every month you can always put a few things off till the next. Hopefully this doesn't get to be like it was with the closed beta, where they were always having to put things off until later, further delaying the map editor. On top of that, another recently released game by Nival was reported to be very buggy, the patching of which will surely consume a lot of their resources as well. So, Maurice or anyone else, please tell us what is really going on.

The Germans tend to be a bit less emotional about it when they complain, otherwise nothing new here if you ask me.

When I look at the german board it's nowhere near a sticky, it's in the middle of the third page of the board. It has some kind of "flame" icon which I assume it gets for a certain ammount of views or something, but it doesn't have the sticky exclamation mark as far as I see.
