Can't Even Install!

After I start the launcher, the game appears to install correctly, but halfway through the process, it asks for an installation DVD, which of course is already in the drive. Clicking OK just repeats the process of installing the same set of files and re-asking the question over and over again, until I click cancel and the process stops. It's an HP desktop running WinXP Home. This is the first game I've ever had trouble installing, and the second disk I've tried, after exchanging the first at the store. Any suggestions before I give and just go get my money back?

First of all - do not create useless polls for technical questions.

Secondly there is a seperate Technical Support forum for Blazing Angels 1 & 2.

In future please post there.

A possible solution to your problem, is to uninstall any virtual drives from your system.

Daemon tools, incd ect. Ubisoft games hate these.

Failing that, please contact Ubisoft Technical Support. Instructions of which are located in this thread (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/6431062565/m/4601042395)

I'm sorry, and I would try the technical support site at ubisoft, but whenever I do so I consistently get "The site encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later or contact us if the problem persists." So this was the only way I could contact anyone. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions.
