How can UBI give calypso casino and not LVU Campus. Please add on Lvu, another thing who the heck was responsible for the R2 button change? Many of us still play Rsv 1 and I'm tired of flipping on my heat vision because the circle button and the r2 were switched. Why fix something that wasn't broken. Adding Lvu and giving a old school controller option switching the r2 and circle button would generate some new interest. Keep in mind that Rsv 1 is now a greatest hit and eventually those new gamers will want to check rsv2.

NO! Calypso was a mistake in the first place!
If you want to play the old maps from Vegas 1, then IMO you should play Vegas 1!
If there are more maps on the way(which, with Ubi you never know since they don't release info til the maps/patch is out) then there should be all new maps. No rehashes.

Well like they did for GRAW 2 I would like to see a throwback map pack with vegas 1 maps redone a bit and I would also like to see all new maps as well.

With old maps though, you know you're getting a good map. If they release all new maps, they all might be bad and no one will play them. A lot of people would play LVU and other older maps.

it could be the best map in the world, but in the wrong hands that could quickly turn sour.
i dont know how something like this is even possible but fact is Calypso in vegas 2 was much worse than Calypso in vegas 1. this is the only dev crew i know of that is able to bring something back and make it WORSE (but i am sure there are others).

Idk but I don't think the calypso in vegas 2 is bad at all, it's fine to me yeah they rushed it a little bit but theres nothing noticeably horrible about it...and people can complain about the lighting all they want but i dont give a crap, kill house came out fine with different lighting and mad differences from the one in vegas 1
But they do need new maps as well I agree with that
And I completely agree with Kinzer that you know youre getting a legit map, that mad people who know anything about vegas 1 will be playing it especially LVU instead of freakin villa all the time

Yeah, the more maps the better - even if they're old ones.
I think they changed the grenade button on the ps3 to make it a bit harder to use them, and to increase the times when you might want to use the heat/night vision when playing (I've never needed night vision once)...

you are 1000000% wrong calypso was the best most overplayed map in vegas 1 and no one plays it now what makes u think lvu will be different why cuz u like it and u would play on it u need to think what everyone wants not just u and no one wants old maps we need new and exciting maps that make u feel like ur playing the game for the first time not like your playing in 2006

I personally was a big fan of LVU Campus on Vegas 1, but I agree with Antipersonnel, Calypso was crap in V2. The lag was terrible on that map...and that wasn't even playing it on the network. I won't play that map anymore because of the lag issues. I would rather see new maps. I think that would strengthen the replay value of this game.
And please, please, fix high stakes mode! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Well, first of all forget high stakes because it was absolutely useless.
And second of all, if you weren't mentally disabled you would have heard that re-downloading the dlc content would basically solve your lag problems unless the lag problems are your possibly horrible connection.

Nice man. Mentally disabled, huh? I have been on these forums for a while now and saw absolutely no reference to redownloading the maps to fix a lag issue. But now that you have told me, thank you. I will try it.
And speaking of mentally disabled...if you would have read my entire post, you would have known that it wasn't my connection that was the problem, because I was playing offline. You may want to check your facts before you flame next time.

Redownlaoding DLC? The hell why should anybody have to redownload it. Calypso has always been crap I mean the 10 + terroists that rush you becausee they spawn right there wtf not only that just the random spawning behind you etc etc claypso us just a bad map that if re-worked would be an awesome littl e map
