OMG, how in hell are u able to land on that desert map one.

i do all photos etc. and i get back to ship, brake turn into ship manage to get on it jsut roll straight off it, i mean do i have a park thing or sumert, my joystick dont work so im using keyboard so i have ot hold d all time. what am i doing wrong ( what buttons i press to land?)

yeah, its propper hard,

when ever i actuly get on the carrier my nose goes straight down so i have to pull it up and then i just slide of carrier!!! :@ :S :P ^^

At Guadacanal I land (from both directions) come to a stop then a few seconds later the screen switches to a sinking ship and then goes blank. Am I missing something or is it yet another bug?

well, in multiplayer i have no problems with landing.
i fly with a joystick, but you must learn landing on carrier, it`s not so easy ;-)

ive just been trying to land on carrier with no luck just keep either blowing up or rolling off side! :S :@

you don`t be to fast, slowly is much better,
than when you landing on carrier us the brakes it`s the "S" Key on Keyboard.
But Joystick is better!

What's the brakes on joystick

when landing on carrier or airstrip, start approach from long way off, line up correctly and just use throttle and climb/descend as you get closer. Aim your descent for front edge on strip and when you get very close force the plane down then centre the control. You'll take a little damage so make sure you're fully repaired before trying. There are no brakes on JS or controller but you should roll to a stop. Hope this helps.

took me a while to land on the carrier using 360 controller, basically found another post somewhere and then approached slowly and then uncerimoniously dumped the plane at the beginning of the runway.

Holding left stick up and right stick down it comes to a halt without crashing. Shame really since I was trying to do a sweet landing for the first half-hour

ahh i done it! i no what iwwas doing wrong, my settings where on joystick as i was using keybaord so i couldnt go slow enough now i can http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
